'Welcome to Hatchetfield' 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

My daughter absolutely LOVES this gift. I think she is one of your biggest fans. She received the puzzle for Xmas and we put it together yesterday. It was so fun to hear her explain who all the characters were and all the cool images in the puzzle. There is ONE piece missing! Ugh! It hasn’t moved from the kitchen table and all the pieces were laid out and organized in one spot. We are always extra careful with our puzzles. Is there any fix for this?

The puzzle was fun to put together, mostly because of the amazing artwork and seeing all the little references. The picture on the box was clear and helpful. However the pieces fit together so loosely it makes it really difficult move around what is already put together. When you complete an edge of a puzzle, you should not be able to bend it into a semicircle that easily. It should stay straight and attached if you move any part of it around. But overall it was still enjoyable.
